Terms of Use

By using TryImager you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The service is provided free of charge, without an account and without a contract for guaranteed availability.

You keep every right in the images you process. Because the tools run in your browser and nothing is uploaded, we never take a copy and therefore claim no licence of any kind over your files or the outputs you generate. Outputs may be used for any purpose, including commercially.

• You must have the right to process the images you use — copyright, model releases and similar are yours to sort out.
• Do not use the site to process unlawful material, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, reverse the site into a competing hosted API, or automate it in a way that degrades it for other people.
• Do not remove or obscure notices, or misrepresent TryImager as your own service.

Tools, presets and pages may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Browser vendors control the image encoders we rely on, so output characteristics can change when your browser updates. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a conversion will meet a specific quality target, preserve every piece of metadata, colour profile or transparency exactly, or produce a file that a given third party will accept.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryImager is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for lost data, lost originals, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from your use of the site. Always keep your original files: a conversion is a new file, and it is not a backup. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
